Richard H Polden has been jotting down utter nonsense on café napkins for as long as he can remember. When not ruining innocent napkins and scaring off café patrons, Richard spends his spare time tinkering with retro vintage technology and quoting — at length — insightful classical punk music lyrics to complete strangers at parties he has not even been invited to.
For eons, Richard has written quirky science fiction stories, and along with pretty much everything else that he does, Richard’s life revolves around the wonderfully deranged, engaging, and charming science fiction universe of the Qurkition Galaxy — where anything goes, and most often does … except when it doesn’t.
Richard H Polden currently lives in sunny Melbourne, Australia, with Bear (indeterminate humanoid), two adventurous fluff balls (Customs approved), and subscriptions to Stay Sane Imbibe Anything! magazine, and the universal vidcast of How to Talk to People at Parties.
He is currently writing his fourth novel.
